Surface Defect Detection

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) is a non-destructive testing method for detecting defects that are open to the surface in non-porous materials, such as metals, plastics, and ceramics. We use visible penetrant as well as fluorescent penetrant. Our infrastructure is designed to provide visible or fluorescent water-washable inspections in our facility for higher volume projects. We also have solvent-removeable capability to provide on-site inspections at your location with no infrastructure needed whatsoever.
